Papers to note: new Supreme Court practice note

The Chief Justice T F Bathurst�issued Practice Note SC GEN 18 on 1 December 2011. It** takes effect on 3 January 2012.**�It details procedure in relation to subpoenas and the production of subpoenaed material. The practice note also deals with the procedure for the return of subpoenaed material and exhibits at the determination of the proceedings, and informs parties of the court's preferred practice in relation to the format of documents being produced, including electronic format.
