Appointments to note: Family Court and Federal Magistrates Court

Attorney-General Robert McClelland�has�announced appointments to the Family Court of Australia and the Federal Magistrates Court of Australia. Ms Kirsty Macmillan SC and Ms Anne Rees SC have been appointed as judges of the Family Court and Ronald Curtain and Matthew Myers have been appointed as federal magistrates. Mr Myers is the first Indigenous Commonwealth judicial officer.
