Amendments to the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules

On Friday 5 December, the Uniform Rules Committee made amendments to the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules as follows.
Uniform Civil Procedure� Rules (Amendment Number 50) 2011 deals with material previously required to be attached to subpoenas.
Uniform Civil Procedure� Rules (Amendment Number 51) 2011 concerns the practice and procedure to be followed in New South Wales with respect to matters arising under the Trans-Tasman Proceedings Act 2010.
