Bar Council resolution concerning the conduct of Alternative Dispute Resolution Proceedings

At its meeting of 8 December 2011, the Bar Council resolved that it accepts that conducting alternative dispute resolution proceedings such as mediations does constitute âbarristers work' for the purposes of Rule 15 of the New South Wales Barristersâ Rules of 8 August 2011.
