One day conference on equity and contract (ADVERTISEMENT)

The Commercial Law Association and the Journal of Equity invite members to attend a one day conference on equity and contract, to be held on** 30 March 2012. **Speakers include the Hon Kevin Lindgren AM QC; Justice James Edelman, Supreme Court of Western Australia; Professor Lusina Ho, Faculty of Law, University of Hong Kong; Professor Barrister Elisabeth Peden, University of Sydney.

The converence will be held in the Dixson Room, Mitchell Wing, at the NSW State Library, between 09:00AM and 04:30PM.

The conference will offer insights into:
