Shadow Attorney General introduces Compensation to Relatives Legislation Amendment (Dust Diseases) Bill 2012

The Shadow Attorney General, Paul Lynch MP, yesterday introduced a Private Members Bill, the Compensation to Relatives Legislation Amendment (Dust Diseases) Bill 2012 (NSW) into the Legislative Assembly.

In his Agreement In Principle speech, Mr Lynch noted that "The precise proposals in this bill represent the recommendations for legislative change made by the New South Wales Law Reform Commission in its Report No. 131 entitled "Compensation to Relatives".
