This Week in CPD

This week, a number of CPD seminars will be conducted in the Bar Association Common Room. As usual, the starting time for these seminars is 5.15pm and no registrations are required. However, members are encouraged to arrive early to secure a seat.

Tuesday 13 March: Judicial Recusal. This seminar will be presented by Arthur Moses SC and chaired by the Honourable Justice Schmidt. For full details click here. The seminar will count for 1.5 CPD points in either the Ethics or Substantive Law Strand. ** Wednesday 14 March: Damages Consideration in Complex Litigation**. The seminar will be presented by Adam Gilberti and chaired by Lachlan Gyles SC. For full details click here. The seminar will count for 1.5 CPD points in the Substantive Law Strand.
