Tonight: Judicial Recusal

Tonight's seminar will be presented by Arthur Moses SC and chaired by the Honourable Justice Schmidt of the Supreme Court of NSW.

The session will include a review of recent judgments of the High Court, looking at frequent issues that arise in applications for disqualification of Judges on the grounds of an apprehension of bias.
