Tomorrow, Wednesday 14 March, Adam Gilberti will present a session on Damages Consideration in Complex Litigation. The seminar will be chaired by Lachlan Gyles SC and will highlight a range of issues to consider in relation to damages cases in commercial litigation. For full details click here. On Thursday, 15 March, Andrew McSpedden will present a seminar entitled: Is it a Motor Accident? This seminar will be chaired by Dr Andrew Morrison RFD SC and will deal with the application of the provisions of the Motor Accidents Compensation Act 1999 (“MACA”) to personal injury claims is looked at by considering one central question: Are the circumstances of the accident in which the injuries were suffered such that accident comes within the definition of a “motor accident” under the Motor Accidents Compensation Act?.
