TOMORROW, 15 March, Andrew McSpedden will present a seminar entitled: Is it a Motor Accident? This seminar will be chaired by Dr Andrew Morrison RFD SC and will deal with the application of the provisions of the Motor Accidents Compensation Act 1999 (âMACAâ) to personal injury claims is looked at by considering one central question: Are the circumstances of the accident in which the injuries were suffered such that accident comes within the definition of a âmotor accidentâ under the Motor Accidents Compensation Act?.
