Tonight: ADR Ethics

Tonight, Malcolm Gracie and Andrew Fox of the NSW Bar Association’s ADR Committee will facilitate a lively and informative forum using a number of ethical dilemmas which barristers may find themselves faced with during negotiations. Assisting them will be a panel of commentators including Paul Menzies QC, Campbell Bridge SC and Angela Bowne SC.
