The seminar tonight will be presented by Jeffrey Phillips SC and chaired by Trish McDonald SC.

Under Clause 176 of the Legal Profession Regulation 2005 (NSW) all barristers in New South Wales are required to undertake at least one CPD point every three years in a course dealing predominantly with equal opportunity, unlawful discrimination and harassment, employment law and occupational health and safety.
