In tonight's seminar, the Honourable Justice Gummow AC, Ian Davidson SC and Nicholas Mirzai will be discussing the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth) (PPSA), which since 30 January 2012 has radically changed the rules governing security interests over all personal property.
