Australian Government consultation on reforms to contract law

The Australian Government has released a set of 12 information leaflets (‘infolets’) and an online survey as part of its public consultations on contract law, along with its earlier discussion paper to seek views on possible reforms to contract law. Further information about the consultation process and a copy of the discussion paper can be accessed on the Attorney-General’s Department’s website. Written submissions will close on Friday, 20 July 2012.
