The Asylum Seekers Centre of New South Wales presents its tenth annual Quiz Night Battle of the Bands on Friday, 18 May 2012 at�North Sydney Leagues Club, 12 Abbott Street, Cammeray, at 7.00pm. Individual tickets $80 and $640 for team tables of eight.�Includes entertainment, delicious platters to share and drinks on arrival. $60 per seat is tax deductible. Hosts James Valentine and Jean Kittson will quiz and entertain on the night including a special presentation from refugee Hikmat Shah and performances by sell-out sensations Lady Sings It Better.

Bring your best Bono, wear it like WHAM, go your own way.� This year’s quiz theme is Battle of the Bands with prizes for best dressed individuals and teams.

ASC NSW is the only organisation of its kind in the state.� ASC NSW provides practical support for community based asylum seekers who have fled persecution or other dangers in their own countries. It relies solely on grants, donations and public support to enable its continued assistance to over 500 asylum seekers each year.
