CPD tonight - Jurisdictional Error

Tonight, the Constitutional and Administrative Law Section will conduct a seminar on Jurisdictional Error. The session will be presented by Jeremy Kirk SC, with comments by Kate Richardson, and will focus on conceptual aspects of jurisdictional error ranging from the relevance of Project Blue Sky to the significance of Kirk, the distinction between jurisdictional error and âerror of lawâ and important considerations regarding the available remedies.
