Papers to note: Federal Court Practice Note ARB 1

The chief justice of the Federal Court�has�revoked Practice Note ARB 1 and replaced it with a revised version�â Proceedings under the International Arbitration Act 1974. Practice Note ARB 1 sets out the arrangements for proceedings before the court in which orders are sought under the International Arbitration Act 1974 (Cth) and must be read in conjunction with Division 28.5 of the Federal Court Rules 2011 which addresses the applications that may be made under the Act.
