Bar Association welcomes NSWLRC report on bail laws

The Bar Association has issued a media release, welcoming the�NSW Law Reform Commission report on bail. The associationâs spokesperson, Ian Temby QC, said that the community should be grateful to the principal authors of the report, retired Justices Hal Sperling and James Wood, and that "[t]heir recommendations are sensible".
