Positions vacant: acting commissioners of the Land and Environment Court

Attorney General Greg Smith SC is seeking expressions of interest from qualified persons for appointment as acting commissioners of the Land and Environment Court of NSW to exercise the jurisdiction of the court either under the Aboriginal Land Rights Act 1983 or the Trees (Disputes Between Neighbours) Act 2006. Appointment will be for an initial period of 12 months.
