Tonight, Monday 18 June, at 5pm Malcolm Holmes QC and Jonathan Kay-Hoyle will present a seminar on Investor-State Arbitrations. The seminar will be chaired by Melissa Perry QC and will address the topic of Investor-State Dispute Settlement or Treaty Arbitration and the rights available to to investors as well as the process by which claims can be made.
