Workers Compensation legislation passes both Houses of Parliament

The Government's Workers Compensation Legislation Amendment Bill 2012 and _Safety, Return to Work and Support Board Bill 2012 _passed both Houses of New South Wales Parliament last night, with amendments. The New South Wales Bar Association made representations to Government, the Opposition, the Greens and Cross-Bench concerning the legislation, and a number of amendments were proposed which were based on the Association's submissions.
