****Tonight, a Forbes Society Public Lecture will be held in the NSW Bar Association Common Room. The seminar is on the topic: Flemingâs âLaw of Tortsâ: Australian-made or foreign import?� Australiaâs role in making the âKingâ of Torts. It will be presented by Professor Mark Lunney and chaired by the Hon Justice J L B Allsop, president of the Court of Appeal.
