Change to Federal Magistrates Court form – Migration Application

The Federal Magistrates Court has amended its Migration Application form. A new sentence has been added to the instruction sheet explaining it is not necessary to seek an extension of time to challenge a report and recommendation of an Independent Protection Assessment Reviewer. There have also been amendments made to page 2 of the form to include additional questions in relation to an application for an extension of time. Learn more>
