Attorney General announces legislation aimed at violent offenders

The Attorney General, the Hon Greg Smith SC MP, has announced that the Government will introduce legislation which will allow the Government to apply to the Supreme Court to oppose the release of a "violent criminal" once their sentence expires. View the Attorney General's media release
