The Bar Association is aware that some members are not using the correct mandatory disclosure statement.� All members are therefore being asked to check and ensure they are using the correct mandatory disclosure statement as prescribed by Clause 9 of the Professional Standards Regulation 2004 i.e. âLiability limited by a scheme approved under Professional Standards Legislationâ.
