New appointment to the Federal Court

Attorney-General Nicola Roxon�has announced the appointment of Ms Kathleen Farrell, current president of the Australian Government Takeovers Panel, as a judge of the Federal Court of Australia. Ms Farrell will be appointed to the Sydney registry of the court and will take up appointment on 5 December 2012.
