Tribunal system to be consolidated

On 26 October Attorney General Greg Smith SC announced that 23 of the stateâs tribunals will be integrated into a new overarching tribunal, The NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT). A copy of the government's response to the report of the NSW Legislative Council's Standing Committee on Law and Justice, regarding consolidation of tribunals,�is now available. Learn more>
