Tonight: Concurrent Expert Evidence - perspectives from the hot tub

14/11/2012

In tonight's seminar, KordaMentha Forensics partners Nigel Carson, John Temple-Cole and Andrew Ross each talk about their experiences in the “hot-tub”, providing insights into the advantages and disadvantages of this approach.

This includes issues such as:

  • the different approaches taken and formats used by the Court
  • the skills required to give concurrent evidence
  • the type of preparation needed
  • preparing joint reports for use in Court
  • the pitfalls of concurrent evidence.

The seminar will be chaired by Philip Doherty SC of the NSW Bar Common Law Committee. For full details, please download a flyer.
