Australian Government releases exposure draft of anti-discrimination bill

Attorney-General Nicola Roxon and the minister for finance and deregulation, Senator the Hon Penny Wong, have released exposure draft legislation for the consolidated anti-discrimination law. The draft Human Rights and Anti-Discrimination Bill 2012, accompanying explanatory notes and more can be obtained here.
