CPD: Change of Date

The seminar on the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 scheduled for tonight has been moved to the 14 March 2013. It is anticipated that judgments may be delivered by this time which may provide some guidance as to how sections of the WH&S Act and transitional provisions will be applied.
