Paper to note: Fair Trading issues paper on regulatory reform

The NSW Government has released an issues paper, Making NSW Number 1 Again: Reducing Regulatory Burden, regarding the proposed repeal of six pieces of legislation. The paper calls for comment by 1 February 2013.
