Submissions welcome on NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal

The NSW Government will integrate more than 20 tribunals into a newly formed NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT). To oversee the establishment of NCAT, a reference group was established and Senior Vice-President Jane Needham SC is the Bar Association's representative. View their terms of reference and discussion paper, as well as NCAT's first newsletter. The Bar Association's Tribunals Working Group will prepare a response to the discussion paper and any members who wish to comment can forward them to Alastair McConnachie for consideration by the working group in preparation of their submissions.
