Reminder: family provision practice note commenced today

Chief Justice T F Bathurst issued Supreme Court Practice Note SC Eq 7, Supreme Court Equity Division â Family Provision _on 12 February 2013. It commenced today, 1 March 2013 and replaces the practice note issued on 20 December 2012. This practice note applies to all applications under the _Family Provision Act 1982 _and/or Chapter 3 of the _Succession Act 2006 (family provision applications).
