CPD at Elizabeth Street Chambers

Elizabeth Street Chambers will be holding a CPD night on 10 April 2013 at 5.00pm. All are welcome to attend. **The presentation attracts 1.5 CPD points and dinner and refreshments will be served on the balcony afterwards. **The presentation by Jane Petrolo of Elizabeth Street Chambers will be on wills and estates in NSW, focussing predominately on important changes that have occurred in this area of law since the commencement of the Succession Act 2006 and will also cover the basic steps required for successfully commencing a contest claim in the Family Provisions Act List of the Supreme Court of NSW.
