NCAT project update

The Civil and Administrative Act 2013 received royal assent on 4 March 2013. The Act establishes the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) from 1 January 2014. The NCAT Project Team is and Steering Committee are compiling information in preparation for the development of NCAT practices and procedures. The second edition of the NCAT newsletter is out now which features, among other things, updates on the NCAT project, the Reference Group and the "framework for tribunal excellence".
