Sun sets today on various regulations

The Australian Government has announced the repeal of more than 1,000 regulations and other instruments, as provided by the Legislative Instruments Amendment (Sunsetting Measures) Act 2012. The repeal instrument is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments and takes full effect from today. View the government's media release here.
