Law Council launches National Attrition and Re-engagement Study
06/05/2013

The Law Council of Australia has launched the National Attrition and Re-engagement Study (NARS). The aim of NARS is to obtain quantitative data and confirm trends in progression and attrition rates of female lawyers. The study will also examine the qualitative reasons behind these trends. The survey is open to both men and women who are either current practising lawyers; lawyers who have never practised; or lawyers who are no longer practising. The survey should take participants about 20 minutes to complete. The national online survey is available on the Law Councilâs website.
