President Philip Boulten SC has expressed the Association's concerns about the State Government's Victims Rights and Support Bill 2013. In a media release from today he has described the legislation as "particularly harsh in the light of the many cases that the Royal Commission into Institutional Child Sexual Abuse is expected to uncover in the course of its workâ.
