WBF lunchtime CPD seminar

The NSW Bar Association will be hosting a small-group CPD seminar on Friday, 14 June from 1.05pm - 1.55pm **as part of its program of small-group lunchtime CPD seminars. "Returning to practice after parental leave" will be chaired by Kylie Day and the panel of speakers will be Elizabeth Broderick (Sex Discrimination Commissioner); Kate Williams (NSW Bar); Kate Richardson (NSW Bar); Kate Morgan (NSW Bar). This session will explore ways in which barristers might negotiate the challenges of returning to practice at the bar after taking parental leave, and of managing a young family while remaining in practice at the bar. The panellists will speak briefly, after which there will be time for comments and questions from attendees. The seminar will be held in the Bar Association Common Room, **1.05pm - 1.55pm. Please feel free to bring your own lunch. No RSVP is required. Any interested barrister is welcome to attend â you do not need to be called Kate!
