Discussion paper on copyright and the digital economy

The Australian Law Reform Commission (ALRC) has released its discussion paper for the copyright inquiry—Copyright and the Digital Economy (ALRC DP 79, 2013) containing 42 proposals regarding reform of the copyright. Online submissions can be made directly through the ALRC website. The closing date for submissions to this Discussion Paper is 31 July 2013. The final report is due to be delivered to the attorney-general of Australia by 30 November 2013.
