Replacement of Federal Court practice notes

On 4 June 2013 the chief justice of the Federal Court revoked Practice Notes CM 7, 18 and 21 and replaced them with revised versions: Practice Note CM 7 – Expert witnesses in proceedings in the Federal Court of Australia; Practice Note CM 18– Title of proceedings for relief under s 39B of the Judiciary Act 1903 (Cth) against the Fair Work Commission; and Practice Note CM 21 – Title of proceedings for relief under section 39B of the Judiciary Act 1903 (Cth) or sections 5,6 or 7 Administrative Decisions (Judicial Review) Act 1977 (Cth) against Commonwealth Tribunals.
