Access to justice denied - send us your cases

The New South Wales Bar Association has joined with the Law Council and other peak legal bodies to lobby the Commonwealth attorney-general to hold a national summit on legal aid funding. Further to that cause, the association is collecting anecdotal evidence of the disadvantaged being denied access to justice because of inadequate legal aid funding.
