Queen's Birthday Honours

Four members of the Bar Association were recognised in this year's Queen's Birthday Honours List.

Professor James Crawford AC (Companion in the General Division) - For eminent service to the law through significant contributions to international and constitutional legal practice, reform and arbitration, and as a leading jurist, academic and author; His Honour Judge Matthew Myers AM (Member in the General Division) - **For significant service to the community, particularly in the area of family law and welfare; **The Hon Paul Munro AM (Member in the General Division) **- For significant service to workplace relations, the trade union movement, and to industrial law; and **James Glissan QC ESM (Emergency Services Medal) - **for his volunteer service and for his pivotal role in the establishment of Marine Rescue New South Wales.**
