ALRC inquiry into privacy in the digital era

Commonwealth Attorney-General Mark Dreyfus QC has asked the Australian Law Reform Commission to conduct an inquiry into the protection of privacy in the digital era. The ALRC will provide its final report by June 2014. A copy of the attorney's announcement, together with the terms of reference, can be viewed here.
