NSW Bar FC downs Reserve Bank
14/06/2013

NSW Bar FC returned to the the winners circle this afternoon with a comprehensive 2-0 win over Reserve Bank C to maintain their firm grip on a finals place.
The team, with ranks boosted by several new recruits from the 2012 Bar Course, played very well in the first half and was unlucky not to score at least twice in that period. Their dominance continued in the second half, with Richard di Michiel scoring a fine headed goal from an excellent cross by Anais D'Arville. Di Michael slotted a second goal soon afterwards, following good lead up play by Rico Jedrzecjczyk.
There were several more great scoring chances which unfortunately were not taken, and the score finished 2-0 to Bar FC.
Ben Phillips and Stephen Free were dominant in central midfield and the team as a whole played very well.
The next match is on Friday, 28 June against K&L Gates.
