5th Floor Selborne Chambers has two rooms available for licence in its annex on 2nd Floor of Lockhart Chambers. The rooms are 21.2 square metres and 10.6 square metres. Licence fees are $1,750.00 per month (excl. GST) and $950.00 per month (excl. GST) respectively. The floor fee for each is $800.00 per month (exclusive of GST). Applications to licence should be sent, together with a current CV, to the floor clerk, Terry Funnell, by email or to DX 341 Sydney.
