UNSW Justice Talks (ADVERTISEMENT)
22/07/2013

Members are invited to the next seminar in the UNSW Law Justice Talks series, "Procedural or Substantive Justice â an insubstantial distinction?" to be delivered on Tuesday 6 August by the Hon Margaret Stone, former judge of the Federal Court of Australia.
In any arena, 'it's not fair' is a powerful criticism, yet we reluctantly accept that perfect justice is not achievable. Has our faith in procedural justice changed our understanding of âfairâ? Does justice still exert its full force, or does it merely exist in our imagination?
When: Tuesday 6 August. Cocktail reception at 6pm. Lecture from 6.30-7.30pm. Where: Tyree Room, John Niland Scientia Building, UNSW Kensington Register at www.law.unsw.edu.au/justicetalks
