TONIGHT: Practical Mediation Intensive - Dealing with culture and personality

Today at 5.15pm, in the Bar Association Common Room, the ADR Committee will present the second in a series of three practical mediation seminars. These seminars have been designed for members seeking accrediation as mediators but will also be of interest to the broader bar.

This evening's seminar will be presented by Joanna Kalowski, Dr. Paul Gibson and Campbell Bridge SC. Topics to be covered include Adapting the process to the client; Dealing with strong personalities; and Tips for mediating from neuroscience.

The seminar has been organised by the NSW Bar Association's ADR Committee and will be chaired by Peter Callaghan SC. For full details please download a brochure. The final seminar in the series will be held on the 19 August 2013.
