NSW Government announces reform of forum sentencing

The NSW attorney general has announced reforms to forum sentencing so as to increase victim participation, despite the findings of a new report by the Bureau of Crime Statistics and Research which says there is a lack of evidence that forum sentencing reduces the rate of recidivism.
