Local Court Practice Note Crim 1

The Local Court of NSW has released Practice Note Crim 1, as amended from 16 September 2013. Paragraph 12.4(a)(ii) has been amended following a change in the eligibility criteria for the Magistratesâ Early Referral Into Treatment (MERIT) program to remove an exclusion on participation by those charged with "offences involving significant violence".
